Presentation: Highlights of the 2023 impact report for the 211 service in Gatineau and communication/mobilization strategies

The Commission reviewed the 211 service impact report and upcoming mobilization strategies. Two information sessions are planned for May 23, 2024, in partnership with the Centre de Référence du Grand Montréal (CRGM) to promote the 211 platform to community partners and citizens.
