The City is transferring a 965.5 m² portion of land at 125, rue Carillon to the non-profit organization Habitations de l'Outaouais métropolitain at no cost. This land will be consolidated with adjacent properties to facilitate a previously approved 10-story, 150-unit multi-family housing project.
