Council accepted the filing of the Winter and Spring 2025 Municipal Indicator reports. These reports, prepared by the firm Léger, measure citizen satisfaction regarding city services.

The City is reviewing its event support programs to better define the social, economic, and promotional impacts it aims to achieve. Members of the commission, along with other stakeholders, will be surveyed to help update eligibility criteria and evaluation grids. This process aims to ensure municipal support for events is aligned with city priorities.

The city presented findings from a May 2024 survey regarding how residents prefer to receive information. The results will help the Communications Department move away from siloed communication and toward a more integrated, digital-first strategy, while still maintaining targeted print communications for specific demographics.

Members conducted an end-of-year evaluation of the Youth Commission using a Kahoot survey to gather feedback on their involvement and suggestions for improvement.
