CONSIDERING THAT the City of Gatineau wishes to collaborate with the Ambassade de France au Canada (Embassy of France in Canada) to present an immersive digital show on the pont Montcalm (Montcalm Bridge) as part of the 100th anniversary of the death of Gustave Eiffel in order to attract visitors and tourists to the downtown area;

CONSIDERING THAT the digital show on the pont Montcalm will be held on February 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, and 19, 2024;

CONSIDERING THAT this show is in accordance with the downtown core recovery plan;

CONSIDERING THAT this show will be complementary during the same dates to the holding of Bal de Neige (Winterlude) at the Domaine des Flocons;

  • Montcalm traffic heading West must be diverted towards Papineau North;
  • Papineau South traffic must be diverted towards Montcalm East.
