Modification to Resolution Number CM-2024-245 Concerning the Transfer of Units and Grants Granted to the Wright and Saint-Joseph Projects of HOM

Council modified a previous resolution to cancel the reservation of 34 units and $968,362 in funding for the Saint-Joseph project after the developer (HOM) decided not to proceed. These resources will be reallocated to other social and affordable housing projects.
