PPCMOI – Authorize commercial and industrial uses – 95-105, boulevard de la Technologie

CONSIDERING THAT a request for authorization of commercial and industrial uses has been submitted for the property located at 95-105, boulevard de la Technologie;

CONSIDERING THAT the exercise of unauthorized commercial uses in the industrial zone In-11-026 requires the adoption, by the municipal council, of a Projet particulier de construction, de modification ou d’occupation d’un immeuble (PPCMOI) specifically for the property at 95-105, boulevard de la Technologie;

CONSIDERING THAT the project respects the majority of the evaluation criteria applicable to a request for a Projet particulier de construction, de modification ou d’occupation d’un immeuble (PPCMOI);

CONSIDERING THAT the project respects the objectives of the Plan d’urbanisme of the Ville de Gatineau, by authorizing commercial and industrial uses as dominant functions;

CONSIDERING THAT the project located at 95-105, boulevard de la Technologie is located near the entrance (reception zone) of the Parc d’affaires des Hautes-Plaines, authorizing certain complementary uses, known as proximity uses to the main uses, as recommended by the Plan d’urbanisme of the Ville de Gatineau;

CONSEQUENTLY, this Committee recommends that the council approve, pursuant to the Règlement relatif aux projets particuliers de construction, de modification ou d’occupation d’un immeuble (PPCMOI) numéro 507-2005, a request aimed at authorizing commercial and industrial uses for the property located at 95-105, boulevard de la Technologie, as illustrated in the following list:
