CONSIDERING THAT the organization Mon Chez-Nous inc., a non-profit legal entity, has filed a request to proceed, at its own expense and in compliance with current regulations, with the rehabilitation and installation of the municipal services required to serve the project located at 240 Magnus Street East;
CONSIDERING THAT an agreement must be signed between the City of Gatineau and the organization Mon Chez-Nous inc., a non-profit legal entity, to establish the guidelines governing the rehabilitation and construction of the municipal services required to serve the project located at 240 Magnus Street East:
PROPOSED AND UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED THAT this committee recommends that council:
• accept the agreement to be entered into between the City of Gatineau and the organization Mon Chez-Nous inc., a non-profit legal entity, concerning the project located at 240 Magnus Street East, shown on the overall plan prepared by the firm QDI, bearing number CIV-03; • ratify the request submitted by the aforementioned organization to build and rehabilitate, at its own expense and in compliance with the current regulations of the City of Gatineau (Règlements numéros 98-2003 et 99-2003 and their amendments), the municipal services required to serve the project; • notify the ministère de l’Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs that the City of Gatineau does not oppose the issuance of the authorization, if required, for the rehabilitation and installation of municipal services in this project; • attest that the existing sewer systems are capable of serving the above-mentioned project and comply with the various infrastructure master plans; • attest that the existing drinking water system will be capable of serving the above-mentioned project following the rehabilitation work covered by the agreement and will comply with the various infrastructure master plans; • authorize the aforementioned organization to have the specifications and plans necessary for the execution of the work alluded to above prepared, also at its own expense, by the firm QDI; • authorize the City administration to mandate an expert consulting firm and to assume the costs related to the supervision and material control for the rehabilitation work of the existing water system; • endorse the request of the aforementioned organization to entrust the supervision, with residency, of the aforementioned work, with the exception of the water system work, to the firm QDI and that the resulting expense be assumed by this organization; • require that the organization, its successors and legal heirs cede to the City of Gatineau, free of charge, the municipal services and easements required for this project; • authorize the mayor or, in her absence, the acting mayor, and the clerk or, in her absence, the deputy clerk or assistant clerk, to sign the agreement and the contract relating to the obtaining of the easements that are the subject of this document, all as they will appear on the final plans that will be filed at the Bureau de la publicité des droits; • authorize the treasurer to reimburse, upon presentation of documents produced by the Service de la planification des actifs et des investissements, the City's share related to the water system work, up to a maximum of $200,000 plus applicable taxes; • authorize the treasurer to reimburse, upon presentation of documents produced by the Service de la planification des actifs et des investissements, the City's share related to the sidewalk extension work on Magnus Street East, up to a maximum of $80,000 plus applicable taxes.
The funds provided for this purpose, totaling $280,000 plus applicable taxes, will be taken from the following budget items:

CONSIDERING THAT the company Le Plateau de la Capitale S.E.N.C. has filed a request to proceed, at its own expense and in compliance with current regulations, with the installation of municipal services to serve the integrated residential project – 285, 289, 293, 297, 301 and 305, Plateau Boulevard (Plateau, phase 70C);
CONSIDERING THAT an agreement must be signed between the City of Gatineau and the company Le Plateau de la Capitale S.E.N.C. to establish the guidelines governing the construction of the municipal services required to serve the integrated residential project – 285, 289, 293, 297, 301 and 305, Plateau Boulevard (Plateau, phase 70C):
