BYLAW NUMBER 947-2-2024 AMENDING BYLAW NUMBER 947-2023 DECREEING THE IMPOSITION AND LEVY OF GENERAL AND SPECIAL PROPERTY TAXES AND COMPENSATIONS FOR THE 2024 BUDGET YEAR FOR THE PURPOSE OF MODIFYING RESIDENTIAL GENERAL PROPERTY TAX RATES

CONSIDERING THAT a notice of motion regarding bylaw number 947-2-2024 was given during the council meeting of January 23, 2024, and that the bylaw was tabled at that time, all in accordance with section 356 of the Loi sur les cités et villes (Cities and Towns Act):

IT IS PROPOSED BY COUNCILLOR DANIEL CHAMPAGNE, SECONDED BY MAYOR FRANCE BÉLISLE, AND RESOLVED THAT, following the recommendation of the executive committee number CE-2024-55 of January 30, 2024, this council adopts Bylaw number 947-2-2024 amending Bylaw number 947-2023 decreeing the imposition and levy of general and special property taxes and other compensations for the 2024 budget year for the purpose of modifying residential general property tax rates.
