Considering that:
- Funding was granted to the Val-Tétreau – Phase 2 project in the 2024 PIVM for $4,800,000 and in the 2025 PIVM for $5,820,000;
- The project is not scheduled for completion before 2027 or 2028, so this will not affect the implementation timelines;
- The project can continue in the planning and design phase since funding was granted in the 2023 PIVM.
The Executive Committee recommends proceeding with funding option 2, which involves re-prioritizing the Val-Tétreau – Phase 2 project and modifying the nature of the project amounts originally funded by the 2024 and 2025 PIVM from water and sewer works to affordable housing.
