- Timeline. A question and comment period takes place. Councillor Edmond Leclerc emphasizes that this new structure will allow everyone to properly play their assigned role and will help create wealth for the City of Gatineau, particularly property wealth. Councillor Steve Moran believes that this approach will allow for a more strategic vision and the development of economic development reflexes. This is excellent news for the downtown area and other sectors of the City. Mayor Maude Marquis-Bissonnette thanks the teams and Ms. Isabelle Veilleux for the work accomplished on this project. It will allow the department to be more sensitive to the reality of entrepreneurs, to help them navigate the municipal administration. The collaboration with ID Gatineau and the CDROL which will continue is also good news. The members are in agreement with the elements of the presentation.
