2026 Call for Projects – Financial Assistance Program for Recreational, Sports and Outdoor Infrastructure (PAFIRSPA)
Members reviewed the 2026 call for projects for the Programme d’aide financière aux infrastructures récréatives, sportives et de plein air (PAFIRSPA). The presentation aimed to outline the general framework of the program and the associated funding possibilities.
It is indicated that two projects will be submitted by the City of Gatineau as part of this call: the Complexe multisport de l’Ouest and the two-rink project in the East. It is specified that this item is presented for information purposes, that it is part of a formal process, and that no recommendation from the Commission is required at this stage.

Presentation – 2026 Work Plan of the Commission
Members reviewed the Commission's mandate as well as the files included in the 2026 work plan, including the objectives and planned actions.

The Commission on Recreation, Sports and Community Development recommends to the City Council:
- To adopt the 2026 work plan of the Commission on Recreation, Sports and Community Development as presented.
