CONSIDERING THAT the Human Resources Department was authorized to fill a position of Director, Asset and Investment Planning Department (position number PAI-CAD-001) within the Asset and Investment Planning Department, under the supervision of the Deputy Director General, Asset and Project Management, according to current standards and practices: 0017122

IT IS PROPOSED BY COUNCILLOR DANIEL CHAMPAGNE, SECONDED BY MAYOR FRANCE BÉLISLE, AND RESOLVED THAT, following the recommendation of the executive committee number CE-2023-74 of February 13, 2024, this council accepts the probationary promotion and permanence of Mr. Alain Renaud to the position of Director, Asset and Investment Planning Department (position number PAI-CAD-001) within the Asset and Investment Planning Department.

Mr. Renaud's salary is set at class 9, step 7 of the Ville de Gatineau management employee scale. Mr. Renaud is subject to a 12-month probationary period. His start date will be determined by the Human Resources Department. Mr. Renaud is subject to all working conditions for management employees of the Ville de Gatineau. Permanence in this position will be granted to him by right, conditional upon the completion of the probationary period, in accordance with the provisions of the recueil des conditions d’emploi des cadres de la Ville de Gatineau (compendium of employment conditions for management staff).

The funds for this purpose will be taken from budget item number 52100-0561-100-10202.01, Asset and Investment Planning Department / Regular non-unionized.
