2025.06.26 – Special meeting of the Gatineau City Council held in the committee room of the Maison du citoyen, 25 Laurier Street, Gatineau, on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 9:01 a.m.

CONSIDERING THAT the City of Gatineau and the Fraternité des policiers et policières de Gatineau inc. have reached an agreement regarding the content of the provisions for the renewal of the collective agreement;

CONSIDERING THAT this agreement respects the financial framework established prior to the negotiation:

IT IS PROPOSED BY COUNCILLOR STEVE MORAN, SECONDED BY MAYOR MAUDE MARQUIS-BISSONNETTE, AND RESOLVED THAT this council approves and ratifies the collective agreement to be entered into between the City of Gatineau and the Fraternité des policiers et des policières de Gatineau inc. for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030.

The Mayor, or in her absence the Acting Mayor, the City Clerk, or in her absence the Deputy City Clerk or the Assistant City Clerk, as well as the Director General, the Director of the Police Service, and the Director of the Human Resources Service are authorized to sign the collective agreement.
