The council has tasked the administration with analyzing the feasibility and safety of a pilot project to allow All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) on Avenue Lépine in the Buckingham sector. This follows a request from the local ATV club to improve access to local businesses.

Councillor Edmond Leclerc has given notice that he will introduce a resolution at the April 14, 2026, meeting. This resolution aims to direct the city administration to draft a bylaw for a pilot project allowing all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) to operate on Avenue Lépine.

The city is entering into an agreement with the railway company 'Chemins de fer Québec-Gatineau inc.' to widen a railway crossing on Avenue Lépine. This work is necessary to accommodate a new multi-use path. The city will pay $21,500.33 for the crossing improvements.
