IT IS PROPOSED AND UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED THAT this committee award a contract to the firm Atelier Urbain inc., 6730, rue Saint-André, 2nd floor, Montréal, Québec, H2S 2L2, for professional urban planning consulting services for the development of the Vieux-Aylmer Special Planning Program (PPU) for an approximate amount of $234,955.95 including taxes, and $169,829.57 including taxes for the mobility component, in accordance with the tender documents and its bid submitted on December 7, 2023, as it was the only bid received that obtained a final score after evaluation by a selection committee, all in accordance with the authorized evaluation grid.
