CONSIDERING THAT a notice of motion regarding Bylaw number 965-1-2025 was given during the council meeting of April 1, 2025, and that the bylaw was tabled there, all in accordance with section 356 of the Cities and Towns Act:

IT IS PROPOSED BY COUNCILLOR STEVE MORAN, SECONDED BY MAYOR MAUDE MARQUIS-BISSONNETTE, AND RESOLVED THAT, following the recommendation of the executive committee number CE-2025-228 of April 2, 2025, this council adopts Bylaw number 965-1-2025 amending Bylaw number 965-2024 decreeing the imposition and collection of a tax on parking lots and parking grounds for the year 2025.
