CONSIDERING THAT the applicant states the building is in poor condition and requires restoration work estimated at $243,600;

CONSIDERING THAT the preliminary program for the reuse of the cleared land aims for the construction of 444 housing units in three buildings to be completed in three phases, all part of an integrated residential and mixed-use project;

CONSIDERING THAT this Committee is convinced of the appropriateness of the complete demolition of the building, given the public interest and the interest of the parties;

AND RESOLVED THAT this Committee approves, under the Règlement visant à régir la démolition d’immeubles sur le territoire de la Ville de Gatineau numéro 900-2021, the demolition of the residential building located at 184, chemin Eardley, conditional upon:
