Councillor Mike Duggan has given notice that he will introduce a resolution at the September 16, 2025, meeting to task the Urban Planning and Sustainable Development Department with creating a Special Planning Program (PPU) for boulevard Gréber. This initiative may also include sections of rue Jacques-Cartier and boulevard Fournier to guide future development in these areas.

The city is authorizing an agreement with the Association des commerçants de Jacques-Cartier / Gréber (ACJCG) to allow the use of public space for a flower box project on boulevard Gréber. This project aims to beautify the commercial artery in the Pointe-Gatineau district.

The City is increasing the budget for road and infrastructure work on boulevard Gréber (between Saint-Louis and Jacques-Cartier) by $1,189,000. This funding will be drawn from the Project Adjustment Reserve – Maintenance Component.
