The City has awarded a contract to CITEK, s.e.n.c. for professional engineering services for the reconstruction of municipal services on Napoléon-Groulx and Hart streets. The contract is valued at approximately $567,890.40 and includes authorization for the firm to handle environmental and regulatory permit applications.

The committee approved a cost adjustment for engineering services related to water and sewer infrastructure projects in the Lakeview sector. This adjustment, totaling $138,247.88 (including taxes), covers additional site supervision and is budget-neutral. The total cumulative value of the contract with CITEK, s.e.n.c. is now $1,094,551.23.

The Executive Committee approved an additional $82,902.72 in professional fees for the engineering firm CITEK s.e.n.c. regarding the reconstruction project for boulevard de la Gappe and rue de Sillery. This adjustment, along with previously approved minor modifications, brings the total cumulative adjustment to $91,773.14. The city confirms this increase is budget-neutral.
