CONSIDERING THAT it is necessary, for the disbursement of financial assistance to the City, to transmit a detailed report of the work performed as well as a resolution attesting that the work to develop a cycling link between avenue du Cheval-Blanc and rue Notre-Dame via rue Châteauguay and rue des Sables has been completed and is in compliance with the grant application description:
