PROPOSED AND UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED THAT this committee award to the firm King Sécurité inc., 1165, rue Ledoux, Trois-Rivières, Québec, G9A 6N8, the contract for security services for sites for persons experiencing homelessness, for a total amount of $2,993,111.12 including taxes, all in accordance with the call for tenders documents and its bid submitted on December 16, 2024, as it is the lowest compliant bid received.

The contract will take effect from the date of award and will end on May 31, 2026 (initial period). The contract may be renewed for two additional one-year periods. After the initial contract period, unit prices will be revised annually, all based on the Consumer Price Index from Statistics Canada.

The treasurer is authorized to provide for the necessary sums in the 2025 and 2026 budgets to give effect to this resolution. The funds for this purpose will be taken from the following budget items:
