2026.03.31 – Special meeting of the Gatineau City Council held in the committee room of the Maison du citoyen, 25 Laurier Street, Gatineau, on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., at which are

CONSIDERING THAT the City of Gatineau and the Syndicat des cols bleus de Gatineau – CSN have reached an agreement regarding the content of the provisions for the renewal of the collective agreement;

CONSIDERING THAT this agreement respects the financial framework established prior to the negotiation;

CONSIDERING THAT the municipal council approved the agreement in principle via resolution number CM-2026-65 on February 10 last:

IT IS PROPOSED BY COUNCILLOR STEVE MORAN, SECONDED BY MAYOR MAUDE MARQUIS-BISSONNETTE, AND RESOLVED THAT this council approves and ratifies the collective agreement to be entered into between the City of Gatineau and the Syndicat des cols bleus de Gatineau – CSN for the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2029.

The Mayor, or in her absence the Acting Mayor, the City Clerk, or in her absence the Deputy City Clerk or the Assistant City Clerk, as well as the Director General and the Director of the Human Resources Department are authorized to sign the collective agreement. Adopted.
