The contracts are for a duration of three seasons with the possibility of renewal for two additional one-season periods. After each season of the contract, prices will be indexed annually according to the formula provided in the contract. After each season of the contract, a bonus clause is provided for seasonal snow accumulations on the ground exceeding 250 cm. The City will increase the seasonal price established for the contract by 5% for each 25 cm increment of additional accumulation.
The funds for this purpose will be taken from the following budget items:
