The objective is to present the Sommet Diversité Jeunesse (Youth Diversity Summit) organized by the Service de police de la Ville de Gatineau (Gatineau Police Service) as part of its action plan 'Servir la population dans toute sa diversité!' (Serving the population in all its diversity!). The main stages of the project are outlined. The summit, scheduled for May 20, 2024, aims to create enthusiasm among diverse youth for the policing profession. The targeted objectives as well as the impacts and issues of the project are presented. The members welcome the initiative and congratulate the Service for this project. Clarifying questions regarding the proceedings of the day as well as the established partnerships are asked.
