  • Section 1 - Ecocentres: to the firm CRI Environnement inc., 75, rue du Progrès, Coteau-du-Lac, Québec, J0P 1B0, as being the lowest bid received and compliant for this section for an approximate amount of $450,885.96 including taxes;
  • Section 2 - Mobile Ecocentres: to the firm Triumvirate Environnemental inc., 1223, Montée de la Pomme d'Or, Contrecœur, Québec, J0L 1C0, as being the lowest bid received and compliant for this section for an approximate amount of $72,470.08 including taxes.

The contracts will begin on May 12, 2024, and end on May 10, 2026, with the possibility of renewing them for two additional periods of one year each. After the first year, prices will be revised annually, all based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Canada. CONSIDERING THAT on May 14, 2020, a notice of violation for carrying out work without a permit in a heritage site was transmitted to the owner;

CONSIDERING THAT in order to regularize the situation, the owner filed a request for retroactive authorization which was not recommended by the local heritage council (conseil local du patrimoine - CLP) on May 31, 2021;

CONSIDERING THAT the regularization proposal was refused by the municipal council on January 18, 2022;

CONSIDERING THAT following this decision, a second notice of violation was transmitted on May 23, 2023;

CONSIDERING THAT the owner refuses to comply with the regulations;
