CONSIDERING THAT the responsible Procurement Department analyzed the situation and communicated with all stakeholders to ensure the compliance of the process for the sake of fairness, integrity, and transparency;

CONSIDERING THAT the selection committee proceeded with the evaluation of the documents submitted by the firm Équipe Laurence inc. according to the established process;

CONSIDERING THAT after evaluation by the selection committee following the authorized grid, the bid from the firm Équipe Laurence inc. is the one that obtained the best score, in accordance with the authorized evaluation grid:

• Rescinds the contract awarded by resolution number CE-2025-597 to the firm CIMA+, s.e.n.c., 420, boulevard Maloney Est, unit 201, Gatineau, Quebec, J8P 1E7, for a total amount of $761,203.49 including taxes;
