Members are briefed on the mission and contribution of the Fondation canadienne des relations raciales (Canadian Race Relations Foundation). The objective of the presentation is to inform members about the participatory action-research project for better municipal inclusion, titled Municipalités inclusives (Inclusive Municipalities). This project aims to equip all municipalities wishing to implement an action plan for inclusion and the fight against racism, whether externally or internally. To do this, a guide for and by municipalities and their allies was written with the collaboration and contribution of a dozen municipalities and RCMs in Quebec, including the Ville de Gatineau.

Members are briefed on the development process as well as the five themes addressed in the guide. The Chair thanks Neal Santamaria for the presentation. No questions are addressed.
