CONSIDERING THAT the ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable (MTMD) must carry out pavement repair work on Autoroute Guy-Lafleur East and West between rue Saint-Louis and boulevard de La Vérendrye (phase 1) as well as between montée Mineault and chemin Findlay (phase 2);

CONSIDERING THAT the City wishes to re-establish an agreement with Gestion ARSO for the loan of a portion of the building and the management of the sports fields of La Fonderie:
