PROPOSED AND UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED THAT this committee award a contract to the firm 9363-9888 Québec inc. (Sanivac), 100, rue Huot, Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot, Quebec, J7W 1M4, for the rental of portable toilets for a period of three years, for an approximate total amount of $294,549.40 including taxes, all in accordance with the call for tender documents and its bid submitted on March 24, 2025, as being the lowest compliant bid received.
After the first year of the contract, unit prices will be revised annually, based on the Statistics Canada Consumer Price Index.
