CONSIDERING THAT Windmill Dream Québec Holdings LP, owner of Place des Contremaîtresses, expressed support for the implementation of a commemorative marker in memory of the matchmakers at this location;
CONSIDERING THAT the team at Windmill Dream Québec Holdings LP has previously consulted and approved the plans, concepts, technical drawings, and texts of the commemorative marker:

- To ratify the agreement and its appendices between the City of Gatineau and Windmill Dream Québec Holdings LP for the integration of the commemorative marker at Place des Contremaîtresses, located at 25, rue Jos-Montferrand, for a duration of 20 years or until the City of Gatineau becomes the owner of the site;

CONSIDERING THAT on or about December 3, 2021, the City of Gatineau and the owner concluded a collaboration agreement concerning the work to be executed on a portion of this building as well as the free transfer in favor of the City of Gatineau of a parcel of this building, which has an area of approximately 80 m2;
CONSIDERING THAT the City of Gatineau and the owner concluded a promise of sale, which was duly signed on September 2 and 7, 2022, and which provides that the owner promises to sell to the City of Gatineau a part of lot 3 365 474 of the cadastre du Québec, in the land registration division of Hull, having an exact area of 79.9 m2;
CONSIDERING THAT the City of Gatineau executed the foundation reconstruction and paving work on an area of approximately 220 m2 of the building and that the City fully assumed the costs, all as compensation for the transfer of a part of the building in accordance with the agreement and the promise of sale;
