CONSIDERING THAT the City of Gatineau collaborates with the ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable (MTMD) on various projects, notably the tramway project, the widening of chemin Vanier, and the work of the TRANS committee regarding the TRANS predictive model (modeling mobility needs and transport demand);
CONSIDERING THAT as part of these collaborations, the City of Gatineau is required to share certain information with the MTMD to support the realization of their actions;
CONSIDERING THAT the MTMD requires access to information concerning real estate projects currently being processed by the City of Gatineau in order to adequately parameterize the TRANS predictive model for the territory of the City of Gatineau;
CONSIDERING THAT the results of the TRANS model are essential to studies related to the tramway project, which is managed by the TRAMGO project office and supported by the work of various partners, including the City of Gatineau;
CONSIDERING THAT the results of the TRANS model are not limited to the tramway project and can also support other current or future territorial planning and mobility projects in the territory;
CONSIDERING THAT in view of the collaborations already established as well as those to come, the City of Gatineau will benefit from having data from the TRANS model of the highest possible quality:
PROPOSED AND UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED THAT this committee authorize:
• The Mayor or, in her absence, the Acting Mayor, and the Clerk or, in her absence, the Deputy Clerk or Assistant Clerk, to share the data as described and to approve the agreement to be entered into, substantially in accordance with the copy that will be sent to the ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable, for signature;
• That the information that may be shared is: A location map of real estate projects in which the following attributes are attached:
- Unique project identifier;
- Project processing status;
- Type of project use;
- Total number of housing units;
- Number of bedrooms;
- Commercial area in m2;
- Project category;
- Sector;
• That the sharing modalities provide for the updating of the information transmitted upon request by the MTMD or according to cycles deemed relevant with regard to the needs of the TRANS model.

PROPOSED AND UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED THAT this committee award contracts to the firm HD Maintenance, 424-830, boulevard Ford, Châteauguay, Quebec, J6J 4Z2, for housekeeping services for the City's four drinking water production plants, for a total approximate amount of $244,455.25 including taxes, all in compliance with the call for tenders documents and its bid submitted on September 2, 2025, as being the lowest bids received and compliant. The contracts will be for a duration of three years with the possibility of renewing them for two additional periods of one year each. After the first year of the contracts, the unit prices will be revised, all based on the Consumer Price Index of Statistics Canada.
